Hey Patrick, thanks for sharing your experience. Most of my incidents seem directly related to intense exercise, too much sitting, and sleeping on poor surfaces. But I'm open to thinking bigger! Can you tell me more about your new lifestyle? Feel free to email.

I had very similar experiences to yours and Patrick. I'll keep it short but I'd strongly advice you to look deeper into any emotional connection as Patrick already suggested. Something most probably related to past experiences/relationships you had near or not too long before the first occurrence (Christmas 2018).
If you also share what part of the back and vertebrae is hurting (e.g. lower back, L4/L5) I can tell you more. There are deep scientific studies related to this (see also Dr Hamer New Medicine) that can help understand the emotional conflict behind those chronic pains, as long you are willing to explore this path.
Btw thanks for sharing your journey, always inspiring!
